Multi-faceted mechanical engineer with experience in Aviation, Additive Manufacturing, and R&D. With a passion for design principles and processes that reduce costs, increase productivity, and minimize risks. I have additional skills in manufacturing methodologies, LSS, Matlab, VBA, Python, various CAD systems, and many more.
As a detailed oriented engineer, I help teams research, create, & evaluate designs that encompass all stakeholder needs of the full product life cycle. I work closely with vendor representatives from Fluke, Creo/PTC, Banner, plus many more to run trial programs that address business needs as well as oversee the design, build, and implementation from large scale to novel in-house solutions that monitor machine health, reducing runtime failures.

● Led team of 3 to develop a predictive machine health diagnostic system that addressed a $1.9 million tolerance issue which the team implemented a $2 million solution nationwide that had an ROI of 1.25 years
● Developed an alternative tool for safe machine access using additive manufacturing prototyping technology, saving the company $340,000+
● Wrote Python and Bash codes for embedded sensor suites to automatically collect and report data on machine startup
● Developed the design of experiments to test competing vendors vibration monitoring systems
● Created USPS user guides for Fluke Acoustic Imager on air leak detection and machine component health evaluation
● Created and published USPS policy for ESD control to mitigate electronic failures and maintain ESD equipment

● Developed multiple VBA codes to analyze and interpret parts and work order data for team leads
● Metric focal for team at monthly Defense Contract Audit Agency meetings that address issues in bill of material accuracy
● Resolved critical manufacturing work order errors in a timely manner, maintaining production schedule
● Assisted the Poland Head of State modification with the writing of work orders and service bulletins, creating kits to drive part procurement, tracking parts, and representing manufacturing engineering at design reviews
● Revised C40A aircraft work orders and bills of materials to match engineering documentation and meet a quality metric of 100%
● Wrote, reviewed, updated, and published aircraft work orders based on complex task cards and engineering documentation
